These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the sh999 platform located at sh999.one and all associated services. By accessing or using sh999, you enter into a binding legal agreement. 3.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active sh999 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
3.3 You must notify sh999 promptly if any of your registered details change, including your mobile number or email address. Failure to maintain accurate account information may affect your ability to recover your account or process withdrawals.
3.4 sh999 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, including applications from jurisdictions where sh999's services are restricted.
sh999 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years. Use of the sh999 platform by any person under the age of 21 is absolutely prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.1 By registering an sh999 account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. sh999 will conduct age verification as part of the KYC process and may request government-issued identification documents (CNIC, passport, or equivalent) at any stage.
4.2 Where sh999 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Member may be under the age of 21, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any winnings accumulated during the suspended period will be withheld until age is confirmed.
4.3 If it is established that a Member was under the age of 21 at the time of account registration, sh999 reserves the right to void all bets, close the account, and return only deposited real-money funds (less any withdrawals already made) at its discretion.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sh999 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. sh999 will never contact you to request your password or OTP.
5.2 You must notify sh999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. sh999 cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Member has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
5.3 sh999 accounts are for the personal use of the registered Member only. You may not share, transfer, or sell your account or allow any third party to use your account on your behalf.
6.1 All deposits to sh999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits are displayed within your sh999 account dashboard and may vary by payment method and account tier.
6.2 Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT (Tether). sh999 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
6.3 You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. sh999 may reverse any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party source and may suspend the associated account pending investigation.
6.4 Deposits made in error may be returned at sh999's discretion, less any applicable processing fees. Requests for error deposit returns must be submitted to sh999 support within 24 hours of the transaction.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified Members who have completed sh999's KYC process. Unverified accounts are not eligible to withdraw funds.
7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per period are displayed in your sh999 account dashboard. Circle tier membership may affect applicable withdrawal limits and processing priority.
7.3 sh999 aims to process withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within a few hours of approval for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are subject to standard interbank processing times.
7.4 sh999 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal request for up to five (5) business days for the purpose of security verification, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance checks. Members will be informed if a withdrawal is subject to a delay beyond the standard processing window.
7.5 Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account held in the Member's own name. sh999 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
8.1 sh999 may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback, and other incentives to Members from time to time. All such offers are governed by specific terms stated at the point of the offer, which form part of these Terms.
8.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Wallet within your sh999 account. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds are kept separate.
8.3 sh999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter the terms of an active promotion, or reclaim bonus funds from a Member's account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus has been claimed or used in bad faith, in breach of these Terms, or through fraudulent activity.
8.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, deliberate low-risk wagering patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play risk, or arbitrage strategies — is prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
9.1 All bets placed on sh999 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market. Game rules are accessible within the sh999 platform for each product. sh999's interpretation of game and betting rules is final.
9.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the sh999 platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member. Bets are binding upon confirmation.
9.3 sh999 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of a pricing error, technical malfunction, data feed error, or where the outcome of an event has been manipulated. Void bets result in the return of the staked amount to the Member's PKR wallet.
9.4 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by event, market, and Member account status.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sh999 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
10.2 Where sh999 has reasonable grounds to suspect prohibited conduct, it may suspend the relevant account immediately, withhold any associated balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

11.2 Self-exclusion requests submitted through the sh999 platform are actioned immediately. A Member who has self-excluded may not create a new sh999 account during the exclusion period. sh999 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent self-excluded Members from accessing the platform.
11.3 sh999 reserves the right to enforce responsible gaming restrictions on any account where it identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour, even in the absence of a Member self-exclusion request.
12.1 sh999 may suspend or terminate a Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; suspected underage gambling; regulatory requirement; or at the Member's own request.
12.2 Upon termination of an account, sh999 will process a return of confirmed real-money funds (less any pending bonus obligations or amounts subject to investigation) within a reasonable period. Balances subject to investigation will be held until the investigation is resolved.
12.3 A Member wishing to close their sh999 account voluntarily may do so by contacting sh999 support via live chat from their account dashboard. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.
13.1 All content on the sh999 platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, trademarks, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of sh999 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.

14.3 sh999's maximum aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total real-money funds deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15.1 sh999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Members by email and/or in-platform notification. The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification.
15.2 The most current version of these Terms is always available at sh999.one/terms-conditions. Members are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Continued use of the sh999 platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from or in connection with your use of the sh999 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sh999's international gaming licence is issued.
16.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be referred to sh999's internal dispute resolution process in the first instance. Members may submit formal complaints to sh999 support.
16.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through sh999's internal process, the matter may be escalated to alternative dispute resolution in accordance with the requirements of sh999's licensing jurisdiction.
16.4 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence where such rights cannot be contractually excluded.
